PlayStation 5 “HEARTBEAT Journey”
Turning heartbeats into a real experience
In this project, we partnered with Sony Interactive Entertainment to bring the global campaign Feel It Now on PlayStation 5 to Taiwan, transforming it into an immersive experience called HEARTBEAT Journey. The venue was set at Huashan 1914 Creative Park in Taipei — a space that symbolizes creativity and culture — allowing the brand to connect naturally with a younger audience.
Our core concept was simple: the true value of gaming isn’t just about performance or graphics, but about those moments that make your heart race. With that in mind, we turned “heartbeat” into the soul of the event, giving shape to an otherwise abstract feeling. Inside the exhibition, lights and projections mimicked the rhythm of a heartbeat. Visitors explored interactive walls, while nearby, players tried out PS5 titles, experiencing the excitement of seeing and feeling the game come alive in their hands.
To extend the experience beyond the venue, we designed a “heartbeat frequency” personality test. With just a few questions, participants could discover their own keyword of excitement. Many shared their results on social media, sparking conversations and creating a ripple effect that carried the event online. On-site, we also added thoughtful surprises: PS5 receipts could be redeemed for PSN credits and prize draws, while photo zones tied to the theme encouraged visitors to capture and share their moments.
Looking back, HEARTBEAT Journey reaffirmed the power of brand communication: when experiences are built from emotions, they stay with people far longer than numbers or specs ever could. Gaming is more than entertainment — it’s about the moments that leave a lasting heartbeat in your memory.
